The Great Yorkshire Show is cancelled due to the adverse weather causing problems with on-site parking and the safety of the animals and exhibitors. The news was announced on Tuesday 10/07 after the first day of the show.
The Great Yorkshire Show is cancelled and it’s not the first event to have been affected by the weather this ‘summer’. Local events such as The Honley Show, Huddersfield was cancelled at the beginning of June, as was the Huddersfield Cancer Research – Race for Life.
